Building Layout - How to Layout and Square a New Building447 viewsYou have land for building your storage shed.
Plans were submitted and you obtained proper building permits and understand the layout of your local building codes. To square your building layout set up batter boards with stakes attached as shown. Run string lines from corner to corner using the 8 6 10 or 3 4 5 method (a2 + b2 = c2) initially and then measure diagonal measurements from one building corner to the other end and adjust your string lines until the building layout is exactly square.
