* Before Roofing - Check all fastening is secured!

* Framing Tip - Gable End Rafters Tend to Wave -
To keep your gable straight ONLY tack your sheets to the gable truss.
Then snap a line from top to bottom on top of your sheets and move the truss to your line.

* Felt Paper Installation Tip:
- Starting from the top of your roof keeps your lines even with your ridge.
Just remember to tuck your lower rows of felt/tar paper under the top paper. Using this installation method you do not have to walk on the tar paper! You can then place your shingles on top of the paper after installing a row of felt.

* Tip - You may wish to install the row of felt at the peak of your storage shed before roofing materials arrive if you have roof top delivery. If so - Remember to pick up a couple rows of tar paper from your building materials center.
